Jack is the result of the first collaboration between B&B Italia and Michael Anastassiades. What began as a stacking exercise, assembling rods of the same diameter, became a modular bookcase system.

Anastassiades revisits and modernises a design classic: the 1950s room divider bookcase, transforming it into a clean, architectural structure.

The design conceals the engineered supports, including those holding up the laminated shelves inside the vertical elements, with a rounded section made of extruded aluminium and integrated by a invisible floor-to-ceiling telescopic adjustment system.

Jack was a part of the exhibition ‘Things That Go Together’.
