Beosound Edge is Michael Anastassiades’ first sound product, designed in collaboration with Danish audio brand Bang & Olufsen. Monolithic in appearance, it has no visible controls or visual disturbances.

The design was inspired by the proportions of a British pound coin, resting on its edge – you gently roll Beosound Edge to control the volume. The Active Bass Port was developed specifically for the speaker, to facilitate accurate sound reproduction and energised bass.

Beosound Edge was launched with an installation in London’s Brompton Design District during the London Design Festival.
